Acupuncture for Arthritis Management

Acupuncture has long been used to relieve pain associated with many different forms of arthritis (osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis, for example). Arthritis is a very common health ailment and with early management and or consistent treatment, the pain does not have to be disabling.

You are not alone. Many people experience arthritis pain that can be managed. While western medicine scientific study currently does not advocate Acupuncture for the sole treatment for arthritis, it is advocated for PAIN RELIEF. Acupuncture is used to relieve redness, swelling, stiffness and pain that is exacerbating the arthritis. If what you are currently doing with your health management of arthritis is not providing you with the relief that you need, you might want to consider a safe and drug-free alternative, such as Acupuncture and or Chinese herbal medicine.

In some cases, arthritic pain can be greatly reduced with Chinese herbal medicine and or Chinese dietary therapeutics. Chinese medicine addresses the whole person and not only targets the area of arthritis, but provides intervention internally to reduce possible mechanisms that may be factors contributing to arthritis. Diet and lifestyle factors may also be addressed in order to provide the best treatment plan for you to address the arthritis effectively.
